EcoVadis ranks GETEC among the top one percent of companies assessed in terms of sustainability

GETEC, a leading energy service provider in Europe, has achieved an outstanding result in the renowned EcoVadis sustainability rating. The company was awarded the Platinum Medal. With a score of 81 out of 100 GETEC improved its score by 8 points compared to the previous year, when GETEC received a gold medal.

“We are very proud to achieve this outstanding result in such a renowned sustainability rating as EcoVadis. The rating is evidence of our continuous efforts in the area of sustainability. The notable improvement in the criteria “environment” with 90 points (platinum level) and in “labor & human rights” with 80 points (platinum level) underlines our commitment to making a difference for generations to come”, says Pierre-Alain Graf, CEO GETEC Group.

The very good results are due to various measures and projects aimed at improving sustainability. GETEC´s mission is to help its customers on their way to net zero. In 2023, GETEC made a great progress on all GETEC platforms, such as the heat recovery project at the Rozzano power plant in Italy or a new biomass boiler for onsite customers at GETEC´s industrial park in Emmen, the Netherlands.
